The N340S8 machines were low-cost full featured laptops. It is one of several Uniwill laptops that all share the same plastic case design and is closed related to the N340S2. Many parts exchange between these various models - but they also have many different case colours and so getting the correct colour piece may be difficult. However if you are handy with a spray can then maybe you can match the colours Internal disassembly is difficult due to the method of assembly. The motherboard is attached to a magnesium frame and there's many pieces of plastic tape and shielding that are also well stuck to the combined motherboard /frame assembly. Even the touchpad and mouse buttons are stuck to the metal frame with double sided tape and removal and reinstallation is very difficult. Two sub-versions of the N340S8 motherboard exist - with or without the S-Video output connector on the rear panel.
